Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following terms carefully before returning any items.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
We will arrange a free return (FOC) or replacement as appropriate.
Photographs of the defect or damage may be requested to help us process your claim quickly.

Other Returns

If you wish to return an item for any reason other than defect or damage (for example, if you ordered the wrong item or no longer require it), you may do so provided that:

  • The item is unused, unfitted, and in its original packaging.

  • You contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Restocking Fee

Depending on the product, a restocking fee of up to 10% may be applied to cover inspection, repackaging, and processing costs. This will be confirmed when your return is authorised.

How to Return an Item

  1. Email harry@hrfab.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide a return authorisation and shipping instructions.

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund (minus any applicable restocking fee) within 5–10 working days.

Exclusions

Custom-made or modified items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged on arrival.
