After building a reputation for years, working for and learning from some of the most prestigious companies in the industry. HR Fabrication was started. Seeking to supply efficient engineering solutions to the market, whether it's designing custom exhaust systems, fabricating radiators, intercoolers, and pipework, or creating bespoke fuel tanks and roll cages. From motorsport to classic car restorations, our expertise spans a variety of fabrication services, applying the same standards of excellence to all projects.
What We Build
Our fabrication work covers the full range of performance and motorsport applications:
Exhaust systems — custom-fabricated headers, manifolds, and full systems in stainless steel, titanium, and Inconel, built to suit your power targets, packaging constraints, and regulations.
Engine cooling — radiator fabrication, custom header tanks, coolant expansion tanks, and intercooler pipework designed around your specific cooling requirements.
Fuel systems — bespoke aluminium and stainless fuel tanks, swirl pots, catch cans, and dry-sump system components fabricated to FIA and series-specific safety standards where required.
Roll cages and tube chassis — designed and built for safety and stiffness, whether that's a bolt-in road cage, a full competition cage to MSA/FIA specification, or a complete spaceframe chassis from scratch.
